By accessing or using the Atro platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Services

Atro provides a cybersecurity platform and expert services for small businesses. Our platform includes security modules, scoring, and guided actions. Our expert services include security assessments, penetration testing, compliance guidance, and ongoing security programs.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Platform Usage

The free tier of the Atro platform is available for teams of up to 10 users. Additional modules and features are available on a per-module subscription basis. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to securing your business.

Expert Services

Expert services are scoped and priced on a per-engagement basis. Specific terms, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate statement of work for each engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Atro provides security tools and expert guidance, but no security solution can guarantee complete protection against all threats. We are not liable for security incidents that occur despite our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
